The products in the shop are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. You place a binding order when you press the pay button on the Stripe payment page. The contract is concluded when the payment goes through, and you receive a confirmation by e-mail straight after. The contract language is English. We keep the text of your order, and it is in your confirmation e-mail.

prices.

All prices are in euro and include 19 % German VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Pickup at the bar costs nothing.

shipping and pickup.

We ship to addresses in Germany only. Shipping within Germany costs €4.90 per order. We ship within 5 working days of payment. Delivery inside Germany usually takes 1 to 3 more working days.

Pickup is at the bar, Anzengruberstraße 3, 12043 Berlin, Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm. Bring your order number, which is in your confirmation e-mail.

payment.

Payment runs through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

faulty goods.

The statutory warranty rights apply. If something arrives damaged or faulty, write to office@honeylou.de.

right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Honey Lou UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Anzengruberstraße 3, 12043 Berlin, Germany, office@honeylou.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.honeylou.bar/shop/withdraw. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay, with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it reached us.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

effects of withdrawal.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Anzengruberstraße 3, 12043 Berlin, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.
